*Ingredients:*


- 2 cups all-purpose flour  


- 1 teaspoon instant yeast  


- 1 teaspoon sugar  



- 1/2 teaspoon salt  


- 3/4 cup warm water  


- 2 tablespoons olive oil  


- Tomato sauce (pizza sauce)  


- Shredded mozzarella cheese  


- Toppings (optional): tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, basil



*Instructions:*




1. Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water; let it sit 5-10 minutes until frothy.  

2. Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil.  

3. Knead dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth.  

4. Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.  

5. Roll out dough on floured surface.  

6. Place dough on greased tray. Spread tomato sauce evenly.  

7. Add mozzarella and toppings.  

8. Preheat oven to 220-250°C (430-480°F).  

9. Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melts.
